ChatGPT and Claude open with the question copied — paste it with Ctrl+V (⌘V).

My account#

Click your avatar in the top right. My account has these tabs:

  • Profile — who you are and your sign-in details.
  • Security — devices and recent sign-ins.
  • Notifications — your personal alerts and Which emails you get.
  • Connected apps — Claude, ChatGPT and other AI tools connected over MCP, and tokens for scripts.
  • Billing — Your plan, credits, payments.
  • Affiliate — your partner link and commissions (Affiliate program).
  • Activity — usage and credit spending.
  • My log — your own actions.
  • My data — privacy, export and account deletion.

My account is about you and loads only your own settings. Settings in the left menu is about the selected project: Project, Team and the project's Alerts. Each tab has its own address (#/account/billing, #/settings/team), so refresh and the browser's Back button keep you where you were.

Profile#

Who you are shows your email, when you registered, first and last sign-in and the sign-in method (password, Google). You can change:

  • Display name.
  • Time zone — used for every date in the app, for schedules (crawls, map re-checks, reports) and for when emails arrive. Set it once.
  • Change email — enter the new address and your password, then confirm from the new inbox. Until you confirm, the old email stays active ("Waiting for confirmation").
  • Change password — changing it signs out every other device.

Security#

  • Devices signed in — every active session. Sign out all other devices ends them at once.
  • Recent sign-ins — when, from which device and location.

If someone signs in from a new device, you get an email. If it was not you, the link "this wasn't me" locks the account and asks you to set a new password.

Signing in with Google is available on the sign-in page. If your Google email matches an account that has a password, the first Google sign-in asks you to sign in once with your password (or email link) to link the two.

Plans#

Open Billing. Your plan shows the current plan, credits included this period and renewal date. Plans are Free, Solo, Business, Pro and Agency. Free costs nothing, never ends and gives 1 project and a fresh allowance of credits every month (unused Free credits reset each month); the paid plans are monthly or yearly (yearly costs less per month).

Compare plans is a table of numbers by section: projects and seats, keywords, AI prompts, site audit pages and interval, research, Link Builder limits, monthly reports, credits and the assistant's messages a day. One row says Every tool on every plan: white-label reports, client links, MCP, the owner view, the integrations and the rest are on every plan, so the plans differ only by these numbers. Each row has a tooltip. How credits work shows example actions with their current price.

To change plan, click Choose … on a plan and pay through Stripe. Your new plan starts when the payment is confirmed.

Top-ups#

Under the plans, a slider picks a credit pack; the price per credit falls as the pack grows. Pay through Stripe; the credits arrive when the payment is confirmed. See How credits work and the price list.

Manage billing#

Owners see Manage billing, which opens the Stripe customer portal. There you can:

  • Update your card.
  • Download invoices and receipts.
  • Change or cancel your subscription.

If a payment fails, you get an email and a notice in the app; your plan continues while Stripe retries. Team members and clients do not see billing; the team owner pays.

Activity and credit history#

Activity shows your usage boxes, and for spending: spent and left with the current pace, the biggest spend by feature, average per day, returned credits, top project, a Spend by feature chart, Spend over time and the History table with links to each job, filters, search and CSV export. Credits only — no money amounts.

My log lists your own actions in the app.

Privacy and your data#

Download my data#

My data › Download everything › Download my data prepares a file with everything stored about you: profile, projects, keywords, scans, AI answers, reports, emails sent to you, preferences and more. Secrets such as passwords and keys are never included. One export per day.

Delete my account#

  1. Open My data › Delete this account.
  2. Enter your password, type DELETE and click Delete my account.
  3. Confirm from the email we send.

The account is deleted seven days after you confirm. Until then nothing is lost and Cancel deletion stops it. After deletion your profile, projects (if you are the owner), chats, preferences and connections are removed. Invoices and financial records are kept for the period required by accounting law.

Legal documents — Privacy policy, Terms of service and the Data processing agreement — are linked on the same tab.

Email preferences#

Which emails you receive is set in My account › Notifications › Which emails you get. Marketing emails are sent only if you agreed; withdrawing consent always works. See Alerts and emails.

Common questions#

I forgot my password. Use "Forgot password" on the sign-in page. The reset link works once and expires.

Can I use two-factor authentication? Two-factor setup is not offered in the account screen at the moment. Use a strong unique password or sign in with Google, and check Security for unknown devices.

Why can't I see Billing? Only the team owner manages billing. Members and clients do not see it.

Does the Free plan end? No. The Free plan has no end date: your projects and data stay, and the monthly credits arrive at the start of each month. Moving to a paid plan keeps everything.

Do I get a refund for unused plan credits? Unused plan credits end at renewal. See the Terms of service for refunds of payments.
