Copyright and abuse reports
Shared report links and published content can carry material that belongs to someone else. Here is how to tell us.
Pending legal review — not legal advice. This procedure was prepared by us and is being reviewed by a qualified lawyer.
1 · Send a report
Write to {{CONTACT_EMAIL}}. To let us act, please include: (1) your name and contact details; (2) the exact address of the shared report or page; (3) what the protected work is and that you own it or may act for the owner; (4) a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent or the law; and (5) a statement that the information is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorised to act; and (6) your physical or electronic signature. The same address takes reports of other unlawful content; say why you think it is unlawful.
We review the report promptly, may remove or disable the link while we do, tell the account holder what was reported and why, and tell you what we decided. A knowingly false report can make you liable for damages.
2 · Counter-notice
If your content was removed and you think that was a mistake, reply with the address of the content, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith it was removed by mistake or misidentification, your name and address, your consent to the courts of your country, and your signature. We pass it to the reporter and restore the content unless the reporter starts legal action within 10 to 14 business days.
3 · Repeat infringers
We close the accounts of people who repeatedly share infringing material.
4 · Designated agent
We have not yet registered a designated agent with the United States Copyright Office, and so we do not claim the safe-harbour protection of 17 U.S.C. § 512 for the time being. Reports sent to the address above are handled as described.
Point of contact. For users and for authorities of the European Union under the Digital Services Act, our single point of contact is {{CONTACT_EMAIL}}; you can write to us in English or Bulgarian. When we restrict a shared report or an account because of a report, we tell the account holder what we did and why, and they can contest it at the same address.
