# Affiliate program

> Share your link, and earn a share of what the customers you bring pay — as credits by default. How tracking, the hold period, refunds and payouts work.

## How it works

1. Open **My account › Affiliate** and copy your link. It looks like `/register?aff=YOURCODE`.
2. Share it — on your site, in a newsletter, with clients.
3. Someone opens the link and creates an account within **60 days**. They become *your* referred customer. If they click another affiliate's link later, the last click counts.
4. Every time that customer pays — a plan invoice or a credit top-up — you earn **30%** of the amount they paid, for **12 months** from their first payment.
5. Each commission waits **30 days** (the refund window), then it is approved and paid out as credits.

Your existing invite link (`?ref=`) works too: the invited person still gets the sign-up credits, and their payments also count for the affiliate program.

## Paid in credits

By default commissions are paid as **credits**, added to your balance automatically once approved. Credits paid this way get a **+50% bonus** on top of the commission. The conversion rate is the same for every affiliate, and the Affiliate tab always shows the result in credits.

Credits from commissions never expire, like purchased top-ups. If you are on a team, they go to the team's shared balance.

## What you see

The Affiliate tab shows clicks, sign-ups, paying customers and your commissions as **pending**, **approved** and **paid**. Referred customers appear only as *Customer #N*, their plan and the date they joined — never their name or email.

## What does not count

- Signing up through your own link, or someone in your own team.
- Someone with the same company email domain as you (free mailboxes like Gmail are fine).
- Temporary or disposable email addresses.
- Several sign-ups from the same network through your link are held for a manual review instead of being paid automatically.

## Refunds and disputes

If a customer gets a refund or opens a payment dispute, the commission for that payment is reversed while it is still pending or approved. A partial refund lowers the commission to the share of what the customer kept.

## Terms

The program follows the [Terms of Service](/terms). We can switch off an affiliate account that breaks them, and unpaid commissions on it are not paid.
